On Wednesday, the team announced the retirement of Assistant Special Teams Coach Andy Hill, who played a vital role in the franchise’s recent era of dominance. A Championship-Winning Tenure in Kansas City Hill joined Andy Reid’s coaching staff in 2020 and quickly became an essential part of one of the NFL’s top special teams units. During his five-year stint with the Chiefs, Hill helped guide the team to four straight AFC Championship appearances and two Super Bowl titles. Before entering the NFL ranks, Hill had a legendary college coaching career at the University of Missouri, where he became a Missouri Sports Hall of Famer.
