You can also get a free sweet on your birthday, discounts on groceries and gas, and digital coupons. There is also the opportunity to have discounts on pet medicines and pet products. To get points, you have to spend money. Every dollar equals a point and once you reach 100 points you get an award.

The Giant Flexible Awards can be used in-store or online. When you first sign up, you get 500 points which can be used for up to 50 cents off gas at any Shell gas station. Every dollar spent equals 1 point, and when you get 100 points you can have $1 in savings. 100 points also gets you 10 cents off per each gallon you get at Giant and Shell stations that are participating.

Price Chopper’s AdvantEdge Card loyalty program is for online or in-store. Every $1 spent equals a point, and when you hit 100 points, you can get $1 off groceries or 5 cents off a gas gallon, up to 20 gallons.
