Are you looking for your next streaming binge? Look no further than Netflix! Read on to find out what your new favorite will be.
Bridgerton
Who isn’t binge watching Beidgerton? This show is all anyone can talk about. If you have not seen Bridgerton, the show follows a family of super attractive people who are looking to get married. Every season focuses on a new member of the Bridgerton family in their quest to find love. The acting is great, the writing is gloriously dramatic, and the actors are just too darn beautiful. And if you like the show you should read the books.
Dead Boy Detectives
This show follows the story of two men who died and rather than passing onto the afterlife, they stay on earth and solve supernatural crimes. This show is for lovers of crimes shows and fantasy. Also, if you love Sandman, you’ll be happy to know that Kirby reprises her role as Death in this show.
G.L.O.W.
Maybe if everyone watches this show, Netflix will uncancel it. Or at the very least, give us a movie to tie up loose plot ends. G.L.O.W. tells the story of a group of ragtag actresses who are hired to star in an all-women wrestling show. Each wrestler has a character they have to play in the ring, but they also have problems that they have to deal with out of the ring. Sadly, this show was canceled before it could have a proper conclusion, but you will enjoy the journey even if there is an unsatisfying destination.
The Crown
The Crown follows the life of Queen Elizabeth II. Viewers everywhere have been captivated by the dramatized lives of the English monarchy. The show is now complete, so if you have not seen it yet, you can binge the whole thing. Of course, this show may make you a tad bit anxious, since you probably already know how most of the plot lines are going to end.
Baby Reindeer
Baby Reindeer is a… I hesitate to call it a comedy-drama because it’s mostly drama with an occasional somewhat humorous scene sprinkled in. Though it’s not too funny, it’s still worth the watch. This dark semi-autobiographical show tells the story of a struggling comedian who is stalked by an unhinged woman he meets in a bar. The show is a rough watch, but the storytelling is brilliant and it has a lot to say about the lengths some will go for human connection.
The Sandman
If your introduction to Neil Gaiman was Good Omens or Lucifer, then you may go into this show assuming it’s somewhat lighthearted and quirky. I am here to break you of that delusion. This show is the story about how the anthropomorphic personification of Dream gets trapped for almost a century and how he has to solve the problems that his absence caused while he was trapped. Though the show is quite dark, it can be delightful, particularly episode 6. The interactions between Dream and Hob Gadling are wonderful.
Umbrella Academy
If you don’t have superhero fatigue from Marvel, DC, and The Boys, then I have the show for you. Based on the comic created by My Chemical Romance frontman, Gerard Way, this series follows the lives of people with extraordinary powers who were raised by a megalomaniac to be superheroes. Be sure to practice self-care while you watch because this show unpacks a lot of trauma.
Wednesday
I can’t write a list of bingeable Netflix shows without including Wednesday. This show took the world by storm, mainly because of the viral dance scene. Wednesday follows Wednesday Addams as she tries NOT to make friends at her new boarding school while simultaneously solving a series of mysterious murders. This show is not perfect by any means. But it’s great if you just want to turn your brain off and watch something fun and spooky.

Stranger Things
Dungeons and Dragons players rejoice! Netflix has created a show just for you. This show tells the story of a group of kids who are trying to find their missing friend and in doing so uncover a hidden and dangerous alternate world. This show is a brilliant and terrifying science fiction/fantasy with great writing and engaging actors.

Russian Doll
This show does not get enough love. Russian Doll is a cerebral story that follows game developer Nadia as she tries to process and heal from inherited familial trauma all while dying over and over again. A lot of people loved the first season but they don’t know that the second season is just as fun and weird as the first. Natasha Lyonne is absolutely perfect in this show.
