The Quick Report

Which Clue Character Are You Based On Your Zodiac Sign?

Eileen Brennan would have celebrated her 92nd birthday on September 3rd. Let’s celebrate the Virgo star by remembering her iconic performance in the film Clue. Read on to find out which character you are based on your sign.

Aries – Colonel Mustard

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Aries is the warrior of the zodiac so naturally I had to pair them with the one military officer in the movie. The cardinal fire sign will relate to his leadership quality and his ability to take control of a situation. They will also relate to his sensitive side. Aries are secretly huge crybabies, so their hearts will break when Colonel Mustard talks about losing his “mommy and daddy.”

Taurus – Mrs. Peacock

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Taureans appreciate a good meal. And Mrs. Peacock sure appreciated the monkey’s brains that the cook prepared for her as well as the other guests. Though she must not have appreciated it too much, considering she killed the cook in the third ending. Taureans also love to host parties, and Mrs. Peacock has to be a hostess as part of her husband’s work.

Gemini – Wadsworth

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Geminis are the most loquacious signs in the zodiac. They are also the most erratic. The mutable air sign will love Wadsworth taking 20 minutes to eloquently recap and explain the events of the evening. They will also relate to his unhinged, manic energy.

Cancer – Yvette

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Cancerians are the homebodies of the zodiac. They take great pride in their homes and like their dwellings to feel like a warm and safe space. So I think they will relate to the character who tries to keep the large mansion as tidy as possible. Though considering all of the murders, she did not make the mansion much of a safe space.

Leo – Mrs. White

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Leo is one of the most dramatic signs in the zodiac. So they will absolutely love being paired with Mrs. White, the most dramatic character in the film. Plus Leo is a fire sign so they will love Madeline Kahn’s improvised line of “FLAMES…Flames on the side of my face…!”

Virgo – Professor Plum

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Virgos are known to be one the most analytical zodiac signs. They are also known as the signs who care the most about their physical and mental health. I paired Virgo with Professor Plum because as a professor of psychiatry he is quite analytical and cares a lot about mental health. Too bad he was extremely unethical.

Libra – The Cop

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Libras are too peaceful and diplomatic to be judgmental. And The Cop who stops by the mansion is not judgmental in the slightest. He doesn’t want to break up a party when people are just having a good time. This is America after all. It’s a free country.

Scorpio – Miss Scarlet

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Scorpios are the most sensual signs in the zodiac, so it only makes sense to pair them with the sexiest character in the film. The fixed water sign will relate to the strong charismatic woman who runs a business that provides gentlemen with the company of a young lady for a short while. Scorpios are also known to be extremely secretive. So they will appreciate a woman who would sell secrets to the highest bidder.

Sagittarius – The Evangelist/The Chief

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Sagittarians are the most sagely and philosophical signs in the zodiac. So they are paired with a character who is desperately trying to save the souls of the main cast. Also, Sagittarians are mutable signs, meaning they are adaptable and changeable. So they will appreciate the ever-changing nature of the character.

Capricorn – Mr. Boddy

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Capricorn is the most fiscally-minded sign in the zodiac. So they will relate to a character who is blackmailing people who he viewed as un-American. I mean he decided to make a little money off of people who he deemed worthy of criticism, what could possibly be more American than that?

Aquarius – Mr. Green

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Aquarians are often seen as outsiders and Mr. Green is a bit of an island unto himself. At first you think he is an outsider because of his sexuality. But you soon learn that his secret identity is what truly sets him apart from the group.

Pisces – The Singing Telegram

Clue
Paramount Pictures

Pisces are the most musically-inclined sign in the zodiac. So they have to be paired with the character who dies while singing and dancing. The Singing Telegram deserved better! Justice for The Singing Telegram!
